One of our friendly team members will meet you at our model homes, where you can tour two of the beautiful homes we have on site. During your visit, we’ll walk you through everything Hartford Homes has to offer, discuss our building process, and answer any questions you may have.

Property Evaluation

We will come out to your property at no charge to evaluate the site and review the topography. During the visit, we’ll help determine the best locations for your driveway, septic system, water well, and other necessary site improvements. Our goal is to ensure your home is designed to fit your property, making the most of your land while creating a home that is truly yours.

Blueprints

Next, we will create your custom blueprints based on your home design and property layout. Once the plans are complete, you will receive a copy to review in detail. We will go over the plans with you and make any revisions you’d like to see, ensuring the design meets your needs and vision before moving forward. Our goal is to create a home that is tailored specifically to you and your family.

Custom Options

Next comes the fun part—Selection Day! From cabinetry, flooring, countertops, lighting, and plumbing fixtures to siding, shingles, windows, and other exterior finishes, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize every detail of your new home. One of our talented design team members will guide you through each selection, helping you coordinate colors, finishes, and features to bring your vision to life and create a home that reflects your style and needs.

Construction

This is where your new home really comes to life. From excavation, foundation, and framing all the way through the final finishing touches, you’ll watch your dream home take shape every step of the way. A dedicated job supervisor will be assigned to your project and will be available to guide you through the construction process, answer questions, and address any concerns that may arise.

Final Stages

After the final piece of trim is installed and all final touch-up paint is complete, you will complete a final walkthrough with your job supervisor to address any remaining concerns or details in your new home. Once you are completely satisfied, your home will be meticulously cleaned by our dedicated cleaning crew, ensuring it is truly move-in ready. At that point, you are officially ready to move into your brand-new Hartford Home
