Schedule A Visit

Our friendly staff will meet you at our model homes. There, they’ll give you a tour of our two models and answer any questions you may have before you decide what suits your needs.

Property Evaluation

We’ll need to look over your property to understand how to include septic, a well, driveway(s), and the land’s grade level.

Blueprints

Next, we’ll make the blueprints. You’ll receive a copy to review, and then you can make any last-minute changes before the building process begins.

Custom Options

From colors to materials, styles and features, we have got a great selection of local custom cabinetry, Sherwin Williams paint, and other design prints to browse.

Framing

With the approved blueprints, we’ll frame the house. Then, you’ll have a walkthrough with our job supervisor to finalize the visual details of the home.

Final Stages

Once your house has been completed, we’ll schedule another walkthrough and cleanup. This is the time where we can address any of your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
